Cette manifestation s'attache chaque année à retrouver le plaisir de la rencontre avec les visiteurs, à brouiller les pistes artistiques conventionnelles, à provoquer des surprises : ceci afin de créer les conditions d'une conversation ouverte, décomplexée et stimulante.
